FREDERICKSBURG, VA – November 25, 2013 – Zenith Aviation has acquired Affinity Fidelis Consulting and Technologies LLC, a professional services firm that specializes in strategic-level program analysis, development of management strategies and tools, enterprise mapping, policy and compliance, and contract service support for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal customers. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Zenith, an industry-leading aircraft parts supply and logistics support company, will use the acquisition to strengthen its pursuit of government contracts. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2013.
“This is an excellent strategic acquisition for Zenith,” said Bob Stanford, President and CEO of Zenith. “Affinity’s experience, along with their connections across a range of Federal customers and related industry partners, will provide our company with the tools necessary to expand our government contracting business.”
Vince Martinez, Affinity’s principal, will join Zenith as Director, Government Programs. Brian Bonney, Affinity’s COO, will become Zenith’s Facility Security Officer.
