With plans to begin operations in early 2014, the operator required a system that could be up and running quickly, and could easily scale in pace with the company’s aggressive plans to expand services and its mixed fleet of aircraft.

Ottawa, Canada (November 25, 2013) – Mxi® Technologies, the leader in aviation maintenance management software, announced today that its market-leading Maintenix® system  has been selected by a start-up operator in the People’s Republic of China as its Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) standard.

With plans to begin operations in early 2014, the operator (who requested anonymity) required a system that could be up and running quickly, and could easily scale in pace with the company’s aggressive plans to expand services and its mixed fleet of aircraft.

The Maintenix software will provide the operator with a complete spectrum of advanced, automated MRO functionality that will help them meet the growing demand in the region for exceptional service quality and high safety standards.  Through the software’s seamless technology infrastructure, the operator will also be able to share critical aircraft maintenance data with its partner organizations in Europe and the United States, enabling the business transparency and information accuracy they will need to compete in this market.

This latest deal for Mxi Technologies comes on the heels of a contract with another start-up operator, Japan’s Link Airs, and reflects the Maintenix software’s ongoing expansion among aviation organizations of all sizes in Asia-Pacific.

“Mxi Technologies is pleased to have yet another operator join our growing family of Maintenix success stories. Whether a small start-up or a large international operator, more and more organizations are recognizing the inherent business gains that come with using a system that can deliver on the promise of standard, lean and predictable aviation maintenance,” says Dave Seibel, Chairman and CEO, Mxi Technologies.
