SYCAMORE, IL, NOVEMBER 21, 2013 -- IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. today named Joe Saganowich Vice President/General Manager of its SK Hand Tool subsidiary. Saganowich, a 15-year IDEAL veteran, most recently led the company's North American Electrical Division as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He played a key role in refocusing the IDEAL brand on its core values to gain market share in electrical tools, testers and connectors, while accelerating growth in data communications and other emerging technologies.
As Vice President/General Manager of SK Hand Tool, Saganowich assumes responsibility for leading the development and implementation of the subsidiary's strategic plans, for overseeing its day-to-day operations, and for driving its sales growth. He will report to Jeff Kellermann, Vice President/General Manager of the IDEAL Tool Group.

Prior to joining IDEAL, Saganowich held sales positions with Black and Decker, Sunoco Auto, and Pennzoil Auto.
