Service to Customers Expected to be Further Enhanced By Important Additions to Heli-One Helicopter MRO Sales Team

Carolyn Forsyth is Heli-One's new regional sales director for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Ted Miller has joined the company as director of Part Sales and Asset Management.

DELTA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 30, 2013) - Heli-One, the world's largest non-OEM helicopter support company, has announced the appointment of two long-time aviation industry leaders to its helicopter Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sales team.

The appointments are the latest in a series of milestones as Heli-One expands and enhances customer awareness of and access to its industry-leading global MRO services.

Carolyn Forsyth is Heli-One's new regional sales director for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. In her new role, Ms. Forsyth is responsible for helping current and future customers in key, high-growth geographies define their MRO requirements and have them met with Heli-One capabilities that maximize safety, optimize mission readiness, and reduce total cost of ownership.

Also, Ted Miller has joined the company as director of Part Sales and Asset Management. Mr. Miller is responsible for providing Heli-One customers around the world with optimal part sourcing, high reliability, competitive pricing, same-day shipping where required, and overall high-value customer service.

Ms. Forsyth, whose tenure in the industry includes nearly 15 years of management experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada, is based in Aberdeen, Scotland. A graduate of McGill University and the University of Edinburgh, Ms. Forsyth came to Heli-One from Pratt & Whitney Canada, where most recently she was general manager of the company's Aftermarket Engine Sales and Leasing division. Prior to that role, she served in numerous positions of increasing responsibility at Pratt & Whitney Canada, including customer account manager for Northern Europe as well as manager of the Global Service Network. Ms. Forsyth began her career as a sales and marketing executive with Rotortech Ltd. in the United Kingdom, and also served as contracts officer for Bond Helicopters Ltd. in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Miller joined Heli-One from Matrix Aviation, where he was president of the company, and brings more than 35 years of expertise in sales, distribution, inventory management and repair administration to his new role. He began his aviation career in 1977 as an electronics analyst with J.E.T. Inc. During 23 years with Duncan Aviation, Mr. Miller at different times managed the Avionics Shop, Parts Sales and Modifications Sales. He left Duncan Aviation in 2009, and subsequently joined Matrix Aviation, a stocking distributor of overhauled avionics, instruments, TCAS, radar and flight deck equipment for the corporate jet and turboprop categories.
