Dynamic Aviation Hires Cris Benavides as Senior Vice President, Business Development

BRIDGEWATER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dynamic Aviation, a leading provider of innovative aviation solutions to government and commercial organizations worldwide, has hired Cris Benavides as Senior Vice President, Business Development.

In his new role Mr. Benavides leads Dynamic Aviation’s worldwide business development efforts, with a focus on finding and securing opportunities to support new customers.

Prior to joining Dynamic Aviation, Mr. Benavides most recently served as Senior Vice President, Business Development for A-T Solutions, an internationally recognized leader in counterterrorism solutions. There, he targeted key new strategic markets and led the efforts to win several significant contract awards in those areas. Mr. Benavides’ industry experience also includes managing programs for BAE Systems’ Global Analysis business unit.

Prior to his work in the civilian sector, Mr. Benavides served as a naval intelligence officer for over twenty years. In 2009 he retired as a Commander from the U.S. Navy. His positions in the Navy included leadership at both operational and staff commands, including the US Fifth Fleet and the Office of Naval Intelligence.

Mr. Benavides earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University. He also received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
