JSSI® Unveils Gulfstream G650 Tip-to-Tail® Coverage

Oct. 22, 2013
JSSI (NBAA Booth #C7321) is the only provider in the industry to offer the Engine, Airframe and APU coverage in one comprehensive maintenance program for G650 owners.

NBAA 2013 – Las Vegas, Nevada -- Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI), the leading provider of hourly cost maintenance programs for the business aviation industry, has introduced its hallmark program coverage, Tip-to-Tail®, for the new Gulfstream G650 business jet.  JSSI (NBAA Booth #C7321) is the only provider in the industry to offer the Engine, Airframe and APU coverage in one comprehensive maintenance program for G650 owners.

“We take great pride in our ability to design a Tip-to-Tail program for aircraft right off the production line,” commented Neil Book, president and CEO for JSSI. “The market demand is evident and business jet operators are looking for both an alternative to the OEM and a single source option that only JSSI can provide with one point of contact. We are excited to introduce this new Program for the G650 fleet and look forward to a very active NBAA show here in Las Vegas,” added Book.

JSSI introduced its Tip-to-Tail® maintenance program in 1999 by adding Airframe and APU coverage to its legacy Engine Programs. Established as the industry standard for full coverage aircraft maintenance programs, JSSI has worked with Gulfstream operators for nearly 25 years, supporting the entire line of aircraft with unbeatable hourly maintenance coverage. Today, JSSI offers Tip-to-Tail coverage for 165 different models, including recently added Tip-to-Tail® programs for the new Bombardier Global 5000 and Global 6000, Embraer Legacy 650, Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 aircraft.

Paul Dybinski, Vice President, Research & Development for JSSI, stated, “We have seen the interest level increase for our Tip-to-Tail programs over the years. The more complex business jets become, the more we see owners and operators seeking a higher level of predictability with their maintenance costs. Warranties are one thing but they do not cover scheduled maintenance and may not completely cover unscheduled maintenance or AOG situations so that is where JSSI adds substantial value. We enhance the warranty on newly delivered aircraft by removing the risks and surprises with unexpected maintenance while adding 24/7 access to the highly qualified JSSI technical advisory team that is based around the world,” added Dybinski.

The G650 aircraft was certified in 2012 and is one of the most technologically advanced business jets flying today. The Rolls-Royce BR-725 A1-12 Engines, Honeywell RE220 APU, G650 airframe and virtually every assembly and system on the aircraft will be covered on this Tip-to-Tail Program.

Some of the JSSI G650 Tip-to-Tail Program features include the following:

  • 24/7 Worldwide Maintenance Support

  • Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance for  APU, Airframe, Avionics and Cabin Equipment
