Gulfstream Names Kevin Valik Sales Director For New Jersey And Delaware

Valik succeeds Howard Modjeski, who will retire at the end of the year after 23 years at Gulfstream.

SAVANNAH, Ga., October 7, 2013 — Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. has appointed Kevin Valik as a North American sales director in the company’s East Division. He reports to Jim Dobbins, vice president, North American Sales, East Division.

Valik is responsible for sales to new and existing customers in Delaware and New Jersey and new customers in New York City.

“We are excited to welcome Kevin to the Gulfstream team,” Dobbins said. “I know that he will be a great resource for our customers in New Jersey, Delaware and New York City.”

Valik succeeds Howard Modjeski, who will retire at the end of the year after 23 years at Gulfstream.

Most recently, Valik worked as a regional sales manager at Dassault Falcon Jet Corp., where he managed sales for eastern Canada and the mid-Atlantic and mid-Central regions of the United States.

He began his business aviation career in 2001, when he joined Dassault as a service engineer. He graduated from The College of New Jersey in Ewing with a bachelor’s degree specializing in mechanical engineering.
