Aviation Training Academy (ATA) announces the launch of their new online offering, a Company specific Customized Learning Center that includes site videos and photographs of, equipment, facilities and procedures. The new Learning Center is uniquely customized for each company as if it were an in-house computer based training system (CBT). This comprehensive customized learning tool is the ideal vehicle to provide standardized training for all employees or a select group of employees within a company that is specific to that company and site. The Customized Learning Center concept has an application for FBOs, corporate flight departments, municipalities, fueling agents, and maintenance facilities.
The Company Customized Learning Center provides each company the freedom to populate their customized learning center with as many courses as they desire with flexible annual subscription pricing. Managers, supervisors and human resource departments may then choose from an array of courses to design curriculum for each employee, or groups of employees, based on company requirements and applicable regulation. ATA will also convert the company’s procedural manuals, or training procedures, into online courses that will be housed in their learning center. The areas of focus for the most popular course topics are Fuel Handling and Quality Control, Ramp Operations, Fire Safety, Customer Service, Drug and Alcohol Awareness, General Safety in the Workplace, and Hazmat Training inclusive of the new GHS System.
