Kamchatka is an all-day restaurant developed by Russia’s highly acclaimed chef Arkadi Novikov. Local menu favourites, including open faced sandwiches with caviar or salmon, sweet and savoury blinis, local gourmet sausages and a selection of fine meats and seafood from the grill are served in an ambiance that is reminiscent of the original Soviet pubs of the 70s and 80s.
Providing a unique opportunity for travellers to recharge and refresh in a vibrant setting, Ice Bar is a contemporary café and bar concept inspired by the lounge atmosphere and vibe of great metropolitan bars. Signature drinks, cocktails and ice-cold beer are offered in the evening.
