NBAA Announces Forums Coming to Florida, California, Texas

Aug. 28, 2013

Washington, D.C. – The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) announced today that the 2014 editions of the Association’s Business Aviation Regional Forums will be held at airports in Florida, California and Texas.

On Jan. 30, 2014, Signature Flight Support will host a Business Aviation Regional Forum at Boca Raton Airport (BCT) in Boca Raton, FL. A second regional forum, co-hosted by Maguire Aviation and TWC Aviation, will be held at Van Nuys Airport (VNY) in Van Nuys, CA on June 26, with a third forum coming to Business Jet Center at Dallas Love Field (DAL) in Dallas, TX on Sept. 18.

“NBAA is delighted to once again provide these popular one-day events, which offer some of the benefits of our annual Convention – access to exhibits, aircraft on display, educational content and networking opportunities – in convenient locations across the country and throughout the calendar year,” said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen. “These three cities have been popular locations for past forums, given the high concentration of NBAA Member Companies in the area, the locations’ access to robust airline service, their variety of lodging options and other benefits. We’re confident that these venues will again be well-received in 2014.”

NBAA’s Business Aviation Regional Forums meet the local needs of entrepreneurs and companies that rely on business aviation by providing a venue for exchanging information about specific local airport policies, safety and security proposals, taxation and other issues.

The events also offer the opportunity to underscore the size, significance and diversity of business aviation to local elected officials and other leaders.
