Prior to his appointment at Sabtech, Bell was the CFO for AMSI, BTL and SOS where he was a key management contributor to the operations of the company. Mr. Bell began his career serving the banking industry and has held progressively higher levels of responsibilities in finance, administration, and contracts.
Mr. Bell graduated from the University of California at Riverside in 1981with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. Mr. Bell is a member of the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta-Board of Chapter Advisors, Rho Upsilon Chapter member of the University of California at Riverside and a Junior Achievement Advisor.
