Berry Aviation Announces a New Addition to its Senior Leadership Team

Robert Bial has been appointed as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development.

SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, July 1, 2013 – Berry Aviation (BAI), announced today the appointment of
Robert Bial as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team at BAI, Bial will help the company achieve its long-term objective of becoming a market leader in the aerospace services sector. This growth will come from both internal system improvements and a sound roadmap of complimentary acquisitions.

recently, he held a dual role for Greenwich AeroGroup. He served as Senior Vice President of
Distribution where he was responsible for all of Greenwich’s Distribution and Component Repair
holdings and as President of Professional Aircraft Accessories where for the past fifteen years he
lead the company to become the market leader in aftermarket landing gear and component overhaul services.
