Robert Bial has been appointed as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development.

SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, July 1, 2013 – Berry Aviation (BAI), announced today the appointment of
Robert Bial as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team at BAI, Bial will help the company achieve its long-term objective of becoming a market leader in the aerospace services sector. This growth will come from both internal system improvements and a sound roadmap of complimentary acquisitions.

“We are excited to have Robert join our team. He brings with him a tremendous amount of
experience which fits perfectly with our growth plans,” says Sonny Berry, President and CEO of BAI. “His hands on leadership style, enthusiasm and determination will be a welcome addition to the fast-paced, dynamic environment I have created over the past thirty years,” adds Mr. Berry.

Before joining BAI, Bial had a diverse background in all aspects of the aerospace industry. Most
recently, he held a dual role for Greenwich AeroGroup. He served as Senior Vice President of
