WOOD DALE, Illinois, June 17, 2013 — AAR (NYSE: AIR) has been named “Outstanding Source of Repair” by the NATO Support Agency (NSPA) and the International Aerospace Management Company (IAMCO), which manages maintenance work for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. This is the second consecutive year AAR has received this prestigious recognition.

NSPA and IAMCO cited AAR’s Aircraft Component Services division in Amsterdam for its timely delivery, superior quality of service and high repair volume. AAR was previously recognized as Outstanding Source of Repair in 2006.

“Having our component and repair services repeatedly recognized by NATO is extremely rewarding and inspires our team to continue striving for excellence every day,” said Mat van Vugt, General Manager, AAR Aircraft Component Services — Amsterdam. “We continually strive to meet the high performance standards our customers have come to expect.”

AAR Aircraft Component Services (ACS) in Amsterdam services airlines globally with AOG (aircraft on ground) support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at a state-of-the-art facility equipped to maintain more than 22,000 aircraft parts. ACS was most recently recognized by Boeing and achieved the 2012 Boeing Performance Excellence Award - Gold Level.

In addition to these latest honors, AAR has repeatedly ranked high in various independent surveys of customers and industry professionals, earning recognition in three key areas: on-time delivery, quality of service and contract administration. AAR was voted the Best Airframe MRO Provider — The Americas in 2012, based on a survey of industry professionals by UBM Aviation, a leading provider of global aviation intelligence.
