John Batten, executive vice president, cargo services and member of the Group Executive Management of Swissport International, will step down from his position effective Aug. 31.
Swissport International Ltd., the leading provider of ground services to the aviation industry, today announced that John Batten, executive vice president, cargo services and member of the Group Executive Management of Swissport International, will step down from his position effective Aug. 31 to pursue new opportunities.
Batten joined Swissport from Qatar Airways in August 2008.

Batten will not leave the company until Aug. 31 to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. A successor will be announced in due course.
