Signature Flight Support announced today the launch of its affiliate FBO program, Signature Select™ in the EMEA region. Signature Select is an innovative program that offers independent FBOs the ability to use the same world-class systems, service and safety standards training, sales and marketing and purchasing power of Signature Flight Support. Each member location maintains their independent brand with the addition of the Signature Select™ badge.
Members are supported by Signature’s global sales and marketing team and are promoted along with Signature’s network of over 100 worldwide locations. The network brings value to customers through seamless, personalised customer service, point-to-point coordination of handling and flight support as well as access to Signature’s custom flight support programs. Additional value for members may be achieved through the purchasing power of the Signature network. Member FBOs will also participate in Signature’s web based reservation system. Signature Select™ members will have access to Signature Flight Support’s state-of-the-art FBO management technology systems.
EMEA member FBOs with the Signature Select™ badge will also offer Signature TailWins®, the global customer rewards program where customers earn valuable rewards for purchases of fuel and handling made within the Signature network.
