INDIANAPOLIS - Eagle Creek Aviation Services, Inc., a full-service provider of Twin Commander aircraft sales, service and refurbishments, announced that it has received the 2012 Twin Commander Service Center of the Year Platinum Award. The award, presented by Twin Commander Aircraft at the recent Twin Commander University in April, represents the highest level of recognition for outstanding support and leadership in servicing the Twin Commander aircraft fleet.
This year's Twin Commander University took place in Scottsdale, Ariz., April 25-27, and featured educational seminars on aircraft operational and maintenance issues, an update on factory engineering projects, and informative sessions from Twin Commander Channel Partners.
Mike Grabbe, an Eagle Creek staff member, received the Outstanding Technical Support Award for outstanding maintenance training in support of the Twin Commander aircraft fleet.
In addition, Scott Dillon, vice president of Naples Jet Center, received a Grand Renaissance Award for exceeding customer expectations and serving the Twin Commander fleet with integrity and zeal. Naples Jet Center is Eagle Creek Aviation's fixed base operation in Naples, Fla.
