AVIABASE and All Metal will move into a more formal agreement, with AVIABASE acting as an official distributor of All Metal’s products to the Russian market.

May 6, 2013 (Las Vegas, NV) — All Metal, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of solution driven custom “safety first” maintenance stands, hangar equipment and specialty tooling, announced today that it has reached an agreement with AVIABASE, a Moscow-based product distribution company, to begin testing distribution of All Metal maintenance stands, hanger equipment and specialty tools.

All Metal began discussions with AVIABASE at the Las Vegas Convention Center during Heli-Expo 2013. With the export-focused guidance provided by Senior International Trade Specialist Janis Kalnins from the U.S. Commercial Service, in addition to All Metal’s own market research into the Eastern European market, All Metal and AVIABASE have determined that Russia is a viable market for All Metal products.

John Buscema, All Metal MS CEO, believes that aligning with a Russian conglomerate like AVIABASE will allow All Metal to test the Russian market for demand of its products and services. Both Buscema and Stas Kalachev, AVIABASE CEO, agree that should Eastern Europe prove to be a feasible market for All Metal products and services, AVIABASE and All Metal will move into a more formal agreement, with AVIABASE acting as an official distributor of All Metal’s products to the Russian market.
