AAAE Southeast Chapter Names AirIT's Mark Sapp 2013 Corporate Member of the Year

The Southeast Chapter of AAAE consists of more than 450 members from 12 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

April 29, 2013, Orlando, FL – Air-Transport IT Services, Inc. (AirIT), the leading provider of innovative information technology products and services to the air transportation industry, today announces that Mark Sapp, AirIT Senior Vice President of Business Development, was recognized as the 2013 Corporate Member of the Year by the Southeast Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) at the SEC-AAAE Annual Conference in Lexington, KY.

Mr. Sapp joined AirIT in 2003 as National Sales Director and has been an active member of the SEC-AAAE for most of that time. As VP of Business Development, Mark is a consultative sales cycle manager and air transport industry IT affairs liaison.

He is equally active in the other chapters and the national groups as well. In addition to promoting his company, Mark regularly and routinely volunteers to serve as a planning committee member, panelist, moderator, and facilitator for both the SEC-AAAE Annual Conference and the Finance & Administration Conference. Mark is now involved in the Chapter Speakers Bureau and has volunteered to serve in the new Mentoring Program.”
