This venture will see both organizations complement their respective skills sets and specialities.

Following the historic announcement last week that NAAS Aircraft Services International has established an EMEA Headquarters at Shannon Airport, Ireland, they have unveiled today that they have joined forces with Cardiff Aviation.

NAAS Aircraft Services International Ltd. are quickly becoming global leaders in an
increasingly wide range of aircraft maintenance services. Working with companies like
Cardiff Aviation helps them further enhance their position as the largest fuel tank systems
maintenance company in the world.

Cardiff Aviation is a commercial aircraft maintenance organisation and pilot training school.
They are also preparing to launch an AOC. Their MRO has base and line approval on a wide
range of commercial aircraft. One of their unique selling points is that they offer a one stop
shop service to aircraft leasing companies. Cardiff Aviation was established by Mario Fulgoni and Bruce Dickinson in the summer of 2012 and is now fully operational. Bruce said "I have been keen to spread our coverage. Now that we have partners on the west coast of Ireland, next we move East!" Mario is delighted that the Joint Venture adds to the experience within the Cardiff Aviation group, as well as provides it with a worldwide distribution network and a presence at Shannon.

This venture will see both organisations compliment their respective skills sets and specialities. Both companies share an ethos of synergising with existing businesses for the benefits of local communities.

Ray Raoufi said, “We are delighted to be working with an exciting business like Cardiff
Aviation in a venture that we hope will lead to additional employment in both regions.”
