Teterboro, NJ / April 18, 2013 – Jet Aviation Flight Services introduces three custom-designed packages to aircraft management customers in North America. The aircraft management service packages — silver, gold and platinum levels — offer different services based on the owner’s flight activity, aircraft type and travel needs.

“Based on requests from our customers, we created these three new aircraft management service packages to fit their individual needs,” says Don Haloburdo, vice president and general manager of Jet Aviation Flight Services the Americas. “The packages offer flexible options with expanded features and each level provides a core group of management services that can be tailored to match the client’s flight profile.”

Jet Aviation’s silver package delivers primary management services. It is designed for customers who operate a small to mid-sized business jet or fly a limited amount of hours annually and have an interest in chartering their aircraft.

The gold package includes the same primary management services as the silver program, as well as financial budgeting and reporting. A dedicated Jet Aviation client services team member will oversee the operation on a daily basis. This package is suitable for large-cabin aircraft customers who operate domestically and internationally.

Jet Aviation’s premier platinum aircraft management program is uniquely comprehensive in private aviation, including all of the core management services required to manage and maintain aircraft. The platinum management program covers every aspect of the customers’ operation down to the finest detail and is most appropriate for international travelers and high-usage aircraft owners.

“Our customers’ feedback regarding service improvements is very important to us. Exceeding their expectations is our top priority and we strive to ensure their experience with Jet Aviation is flawless,” says Gary Dempsey, president Jet Aviation U.S. Aircraft Services.
