Dysol and Dynamold Join Socomore

April 17, 2013
Socomore has now a subsidiary based in Montreal, Canada and two subsidiaries in Fort Worth, Texas which offer large and complementary product ranges.

This acquisition follows an initial investment in Dysol/Dynamold in 2010 and the acquisition of Magchem (Montreal, Canada) in 2011 to reinforce Socomore’s position in North America around its core business - high added-value specialty chemicals used in critical surface preparation, processing, protection, and control operations.

“The North America market, including Mexico, is a priority for our development.  I am very proud that we have managed to join our companies under the Socomore banner.  Socomore shares the same goal as Dysol and Dynamold: meeting our strong customers’ expectations to provide them our aerospace-approved products through the world.  They need solid global partners as they themselves are establishing subsidiaries and subcontractors on a worldwide basis” said Frederic Lescure, Socomore CEO.
