Annapolis, Maryland, April 9, 2013 — ARINC today announced that long-time customer Bratislava M. R. Štefánika Airport (BTS) has signed a two year contract to continue its use of ARINC’s iMUSE platform. BTS is the largest international airport in the Slovak Republic.

The two companies have been working together since September 2005. Under the renewal agreement, ARINC will continue to provide its proven and industry leading iMUSETM platform for Common-Use as well as third level technical support to the airport. ARINC’s iMUSE common use system processes passengers faster and more efficiently by sharing airport infrastructure and resources. Local maintenance support is being delivered by Bratislava Airport IT personnel. This arrangement has proven to be very successful since the airport personnel are fully proficient with iMUSE technology and adapt it well to their local environment.

"We are delighted to continue working with one of our long-standing and valued customers,” said Paul Hickox, ARINC International Operations Director. “We believe that this renewal reflects both the quality of our service and our commitment to providing our customers with the most reliable and cost-effect solutions.”

“Bratislava Airport is focused on providing the best possible services for our customers and ARINC’s technology helps us achieve that goal," added Dana Madunicka, spokesperson for Bratislava Airport.
