Gary Simpson Named Vice President of Business Development, KING AEROSPACE, Inc.

April 2, 2013, Addison, TX… KING AEROSPACE, Inc. (KAI) has hired Gary B. Simpson as Vice President of Business Development. Gary’s contributions will include leading the business development team in securing prime and sub government contracts.

Gary retired from the United States Marine Corps at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. While in the Marines, he was selected to serve as Presidential Helicopter Command Pilot for President Ronald Reagan. After retiring from the Marines, he worked for Bell Helicopter as Director of US Government and International Business Development for several years.

Gary held the position of Vice President of Business Development (EO/IR) Group at the large defense contractor L3 dealing with special mission aircraft equipment. Prior to joining KING AEROSPACE, he held the position of Senior Director of Business Development at DynCorp for five years, where the focus was on providing aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services to government and military agencies. Gary is familiar with the creation of strategic roadmaps and business pipelines.
