Desser Tire & Rubber Co. Announces Aircraft Tire Supply & Wheel Overhaul Contract with NASA
The two year, multimillion dollar agreement covers all of NASA's fleet, including the new SOFIA flying observatory.
Desser Tire & Rubber Co., Inc. announced today that its affiliate “Aero Wheel & Brake Service Corp” has received a contract to supply aircraft tire replacement and wheel overhaul across all of NASA’s flight platforms.
The two year, multimillion dollar agreement covers all of NASA’s fleet, including the new SOFIA flying observatory.
“We have been supporting NASA for over a decade and this contract shows continued confidence in Aero’s ability to provide quality products, where they are needed and on time,” said Aero Wheel & Brake Service Corp. Manager, Bob Maldonado.
