In summary: 

  • 356 aviation companies across various sectors were surveyed.
  • 85% of companies will be hiring in 2013.
  • Skilled maintenance professionals will be in highest demand. Followed by Pilots.
  • April, May and June will be when companies do the most of their hiring for the year.
