Fort Worth, Texas (March 5, 2013) JSfirm.com, an online aviation only job board, is happy to release the 4th Annual Hiring Trend Survey. Jeff Richards, JSfirm.com manager said, "This survey gives our industry a sneak peak of what's going to happen in 2013. It's a great guide and has proven to be accurate in past years."

In summary: 

  • 356 aviation companies across various sectors were surveyed.
  • 85% of companies will be hiring in 2013.
  • Skilled maintenance professionals will be in highest demand. Followed by Pilots.
  • April, May and June will be when companies do the most of their hiring for the year.
