Walter Surface Technologies announces NATURE BOOST

Derived from natural sources, NATURE BOOST is the newest alternative to toxic solvents

The recently created Bio-Circle Environmental Solutions Division is continuing to grow at the Walter Surface Technologies global headquarters near Montreal. It is named after the successful BIO-CIRCLE PARTS WASHER SYSTEM which replaces toxic solvents at industrial facilities.  This system acts at a microscopic level to ingest and digest oils and greases from dirty tools and parts, through the process known as bio-remediation. It then excretes the resulting plain water and trace amounts of carbon dioxide, eliminating the need for hauling away hazardous chemical waste. The gently warmed, apple scented liquid also eliminates the need for heavy gloves or protective clothing. It effectively replaces dangerous, irritating, toxic solvents.

This second member of the new Bio-Circle Environmental Solutions division adds to the thrust of Making Green Work, by relying on an anti-spatter formula based on natural plant extracts that inhibits corrosion, enables immediate painting and helps prevent weld porosity.  AF-WELD also features an automatic, cost saving refillable bottle refueling station, which dramatically reduces environmental impact by using compressed air as a propellant and eliminating the need to dispose of the now unnecessary “mountains” of empty aerosol cans normally associated with welding operations.

A third section of the new Bio-Circle Environmental Solutions division embraces a growing line of environmentally friendly products available in various sizes and formulations to serve a wide variety of cleaning and degreasing needs such AF-CLEAN, an ideal alternative to acetone or toluene for surface preparation, and now the new CB 100 and GS 200 products described above.
