ASIG Appoints James Glock To Vice President, Carbon Solutions

Glock is leading the company’s sales initiatives with GE Aviation’s engine wash technology called ClearCore™

Orlando … ASIG®, an industry leader in aviation services, announced today that James “Jimmy” Glock has been appointed Vice President, Carbon Solutions, reporting directly to Tim Ramsey, Sr. Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Glock is leading the company’s sales initiatives for ASIG’s innovative partnership with GE Aviation that leverages GE Aviation’s engine wash technology called ClearCore™. He is responsible for securing engine wash service contracts with commercial airlines and the U.S. military throughout the United States.

Glock has been involved in aviation services for more than 20 years and has held a variety of positions both in sales and operations. He started his career with Signature Flight Support, eventually serving as Manager, General Aviation for FBO and commercial operations at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). He was promoted to Director, Airline Sales and then joined ASIG in 2002 as Senior Director, Airline Account Sales. Glock's most recent position was Senior Vice President, Sales and Service for Quantem Aviation Services, a cargo services provider.

Tim Ramsey, ASIG’s Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, remarked, “I am very pleased that Jimmy has rejoined ASIG. His background in operations, along with his proven abilities in generating sales and building new customer relationships, will be critical as we develop our engine wash service offering.
