FlightSafety to Expand and Renovate its Teterboro Learning Center

LaGuardia Airport, New York (January 16, 2013) – FlightSafety International is pleased to announce that it intends to expand and renovate its Learning Center in Teterboro, New Jersey.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2013 and is expected to be completed early in 2014.

The existing building will be renovated and reconfigured to provide increased amenities and improve work flow. A new wing will be added that features state-of-the-art facilities for flight crew emergency training that includes a pool and other specialized equipment. It will also include additional classrooms and office space. Once completed, the Center will have eight full flight simulator bays, MATRIX equipped classrooms, debriefing areas, facilities for Graphical Flight-Deck Simulators, as well as comfortable and convenient Customer service and office areas.

The Teterboro Center currently offers training programs for aircraft manufactured by Dassault. They include the Falcon 50EX, Falcon 2000, Falcon 2000EX EASy, Falcon 900EX, and Falcon 900EX EASy. The Center also has a full scale aircraft cabin trainer used for crew emergency and service courses.
