Landmark Aviation to Acquire First Aviation Services at Teterboro Airport

It has signed an agreement to acquire First Aviation Services; the acquisition is expected to close by year end.


(Houston, TX – December 6, 2012) Landmark Aviation announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire First Aviation Services, the premier fixed based operation at Teterboro Airport (TEB) in Teterboro, New Jersey. The acquisition is expected to close by year end.

TEB is one of the largest and most attractive general aviation airports in North America, conveniently located just 12 miles from Midtown Manhattan and in close proximity to several major cities in New Jersey. First Aviation’s facilities are world-class, featuring a modern terminal with a wide range of passenger and crew amenities, including snooze rooms, showers, a flight planning area and a fitness center, along with 120,000 square feet of secure hangar space and 480,000 square feet of ramp space.
