Hawthorne Named Authorized Honeywell Avionics Dealer for Private Jets

RONKONKOMA, NY -- (Marketwire - Dec 4, 2012) - Hawthorne Global Aviation Services today announced that it was selected as an authorized Honeywell Avionics dealer, providing installation, sales and service for a full range of Honeywell Avionics products at its FBO and Part 145 repair station located at Long Island MacArthur Airport in Islip, NY.

As an authorized Honeywell Avionics dealer, Hawthorne offers a range of avionics installation and maintenance services for private jets. Its first installation, under the deal, was a Honeywell AIS-2000 satellite TV system on a GV private jet. Hawthorne also provides installation for the HD 710 integrated wired and wireless communications systems for high speed Internet connectivity anywhere in the world, cabin management system (CMS) upgrades, and many other services. As part of the authorized dealership, the Hawthorne team will receive specialized Honeywell Avionics training.
