NASM Incorporated Expands to Japan

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., November 29, 2012 – Nasam Incorporated, a Greenwich AeroGroup company, announced today that it has opened its first international office in Shinagawa, Japan.

NASAM, located in South San Francisco, services the Japanese defense and space industries. NASAM distributes high-reliability electronic components for satellites and spacecraft, defense related systems, aircraft parts and life support equipment.  NASAM’s primary end users are the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency and the Japan Ministry of Defense. 

“We have been serving our customers in Japan since 1980,” said President of NASAM Warren Persavich. “So we are very pleased to now have a physical presence within their same time zone.” 

Persavich added that the new office in Shinagawa will provide customers and vendors with immediate real time technical and product support and enhance their ability to expand in the Japan market.
