Sunshine McCarthy Joins Baldwin as Director of Training

Hilton Head, SC—Industry respected trainer and facilitator, Sunshine McCarthy, who most recently served as Vice President, Facilitator and Strategist for ServiceElements of Scottsdale, Arizona, has joined Baldwin Aviation as Director of Training.  In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and expanding current and new offerings for clients and industry workshops and training events.

 A graduate of Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and a former Community Development volunteer with the U.S. Peace Corps in Cape Verde, Africa, she holds a Master’s Degree in Experiential Education, and has broad international business experience in the aviation industry.

Prior to joining Baldwin, Sunshine served as Vice President, Facilitator and Strategist for ServiceElements.  She came to the post after having served as Vice President of Commercial Aviation for MedAire, Inc. a medical service provider to the aviation industry.  Sunshine is also a former member of the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers committee.

Earlier in her career, she worked for US Airways as a Training Specialist and Manager of Cabin Safety.  She holds a Certificate in Aviation Safety from the University of Southern California and is an active member of the National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA’s) Schedulers and Dispatchers Committee and serves on the Ambassadors Sub-Committee.
