Peter Turner Named Vice President, Business Development and MRO

Turner joins Delta TechOps from Rolls-Royce North America where he was vice president, Customer Business.

ATLANTA, November 14, 2012 — Delta Air Lines' (NYSE: DAL) maintenance division, Delta TechOps, has named industry veteran Peter Turner vice president, Business Development and MRO effective Nov. 26. Turner will report to John Laughter, Delta's senior vice president, Technical Operations and be based in Atlanta.

“Peter's proven track record in business strategy and customer service makes him the ideal leader for the Delta TechOps MRO organization,” Laughter said. “We look forward to Peter joining the TechOps team leading continued profitable growth of the maintenance, repair and overhaul business.”

Turner joins Delta TechOps from Rolls-Royce North America where he was vice president, Customer Business. He was responsible for the Americans region and managed billions of dollars in sales growth.
