Cessna Renews Authorized Citation Service Facility Agreements with Jet Aviation

It has signed agreements renewing the appointment of Jet Aviation's operations in Dusseldorf, Germany, and Zurich, Switzerland, as Citation Authorized Service Facilities.

WICHITA, Kansas, October 22, 2012 — Cessna Aircraft Company, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, has today signed agreements renewing the appointment of Jet Aviation's operations in Dusseldorf, Germany, and Zurich, Switzerland, as Citation Authorized Service Facilities.

The extension of Cessna's relationship with Jet Aviation is the latest development in Cessna's drive to expand its customer support network in Europe. The company recently launched new Cessna-operated Citation Service Centers in Doncaster, United Kingdom, and Valencia, Spain, which complement existing Citation-operated Service Centers in Paris, France, and Prague, Czech Republic.

Cessna now has a total of 13 factory-operated Citation Service Centers across Europe, the United States and Singapore. Cessna's global Citation Service Center network also includes the ServiceDirect initiative, through which the company operates 22 Mobile Service Units in the United States, Canada and Europe, and provides further field support through Cessna's AOG Go Teams, Air Response Team, HomeService and Temporary Personnel Support.
