October 1, 2012 - Hartzell Engine Technologies LLC of Montgomery, Alabama, and Lamar Technologies LLC of Marysville, Washington, executed a transaction to exchange certain product lines within their respective portfolios. Hartzell has sold to Lamar its electronics business unit, consisting of voltage regulators, overvoltage sensors, Master Control Unit (MCU) and battery analyzer products. Both companies also exchanged inventory to sustain deliveries while they work to obtain the necessary FAA approvals.
