ASIG Wins Contracts From Spirit Airlines

Orlando … ASIG®, an industry leader in aviation services, announced today that that low cost carrier, Spirit Airlines, has selected ASIG as their new aircraft refueling agent at Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). FLL is home base to Spirit Airlines and is their largest operation with 49 daily departures. Services commenced Sept. 1. Spirit Airlines has also chosen ASIG as their handler at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI); a new destination for the carrier. At BWI, ASIG will provide ground handling, passenger services, cabin cleaning, deicing and aircraft refueling. Spirit begins flying from BWI on Sept. 6.
