ASIG Completes Acquisition Of PLH Aviation Services, Dryden Air Services

ASIG adds 16 new locations in Canada and enhances its market share at LAX

ASIG®, an industry leader in aviation services, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the trade and assets of PLH Aviation Services (“PLH”) and Dryden Air Services (“Dryden”). PLH provides commercial aircraft refueling and fuel facility maintenance and operation at 13 Canadian airports and one in the United States, at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Dryden operates at five Canadian airports providing a full complement of ground support services such as ramp handling, cabin cleaning, passenger services, aircraft deicing and aircraft refueling. PLH and Dryden employ 625 trained service professionals. Following the completion of the acquisition, ASIG adds 16 new locations in Canada and enhances its market share at LAX.
