Ongoing development work will bring new functionalities to the system as well as further integration of both Pattonair’s and their customers’ business operations.

Pattonair, the leading global aerospace and defence supply chain service provider, announces today the successful completion of Project Phoenix. Forming part of a major initiative to implement a common ERP system across the company, Project Phoenix was designed to bring the benefits of centralised procurement to its Italian customers.

Representing a significant investment, this project is an enhancement of Pattonair’s existing system. It was driven by a commitment to add value for money to the experience of Pattonair’s customers who will now be able to access the parts they need online at the most competitive prices. Completed within its planned six month timeframe, Project Phoenix has won a high level of internal recognition, including a Pattonair Excellence Award, for all those involved in making Project Phoenix an outstanding success.

Stephen Clark, Pattonair’s Director of Technical Development based at the company’s Derby, UK Headquarters, commented: “Project Phoenix has been both challenging and rewarding. I have to congratulate my team for delivering on time and within budget and I have no doubt that their work will bring immediate benefits to our Italian customers. We’re now looking forward to the ongoing development of the project.”
