Sun Country Airlines Signs GE OnPoint Solution Agreement on CFM56-7B Engines

FARNBOROUGH AIR SHOW - July 11, 2012 - Sun Country Airlines has signed a 5-year OnPointSM solution agreement with GE Aviation for the overhaul of 28 CFM56-7B engines that power its Boeing 737-700 and -800 aircraft. The OnPoint agreement is valued at more than $60 million (USD) over the life of the agreement.

CFM56-7B engines are a product of CFM International, a 50/50 joint company between Snecma (SAFRAN Group) and General Electric Company.
