FlightSafety Promotes David Davenport to Vice President Center Manager

He will continue to serve as manager of FlightSafety’s Gulfstream Learning Center in Savannah and as Regional Operations Manager.

LA GUARDIA AIRPORT, New York (June 22, 2012) – FlightSafety International is pleased to announce that David Davenport has been promoted to Vice President, Center Manager. He will continue to serve as Manager of FlightSafety’s Gulfstream Learning Center in Savannah and as Regional Operations Manager.

David graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1982 with a degree in business management and then served in the Air Training Command. David joined FlightSafety in 1996 as Assistant Manager of the West Palm Beach Learning Center and then served as Director, CAA Training at FlightSafety Academy prior to being named Assistant Manager of the Atlanta Center. He became Manager of the Savannah Center in 2006 and assumed responsibility for FlightSafety’s Gulfstream aircraft training programs. David was promoted to Regional Operations Manager in 2008.
