Greenwich AeroGroup Names General Manager of Summit Aviation
It has named Ralph Kunz as General Manager of Summit Aviation.
MIDDLETOWN, Del., June 21, 2012 – Greenwich AeroGroup, Inc. announced today that it has named Ralph Kunz as General Manager of Summit Aviation.
Kunz has more than twenty years of aerospace operations experience with expertise in streamlining production, aftermarket services, enhancing quality and improving customer satisfaction. Kunz will be responsible for the overall operations at Summit’s Middletown, Delaware and Somerset, Kentucky facilities.
Kunz gained his business expertise by being part or the senior leadership of companies such as Keystone/Sikorsky Helicopters, Vector Aerospace and Parker Hannifin. Kunz most recently served as vice president of operations for Airborne Tactical Advantage Company (ATAC). He has a master’s in business administration from Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s of science engineering from California State Polytechnic University.

Kunz stands in lieu of president of Summit Aviation Bob Fitzpatrick who is leaving the company to pursue a new opportunity. Fitzpatrick was instrumental in growing the service portfolio of Summit Aviation and the execution of the recent 78,000 square-foot campus expansion in Middletown, Delaware.
