CRS Jet Spares Appoints Viviane Castro as Director of First Impressions

As Director of First Impressions, her new role will now include supporting CRS customers calling in to or visiting the CRS office.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (June 7, 2012) – CRS Jet Spares, a leading business aviation aftermarket parts supplier, has increased the role of Viviane Castro within the CRS Jets Spares organization. Ms Castro’s previous role with CRS was as Administrative Assistant. As Director of First Impressions, her new role will now include supporting CRS customers calling in to or visiting the CRS office.

As a small privately owned, family-run business, the company attributes much of its 30 years of success to promoting from within.  “This quality title is taken very seriously at CRS,” states Vice President of Sales, Jack Caloras. “This position is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer service. The Director of First Impressions is involved in much of our daily activity and we feel Viviane has demonstrated the ability to perform at the level of excellence this unique role requires.” As part of her role, she will be responsible for many customers’ first interaction with the organization whether it be through a phone call or visit to the Ft. Lauderdale facility. She will also assist in the company’s Customer Advocate program which supports new and existing customers in communicating with CRS inside departments regarding any situation from transactions to concerns.

Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Viviane has lived in south Florida for the past 12 years where she has specialized in customer service as well as sales and administrative support in various industries. Viviane has supported CRS in these areas for the past four years. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
