June 4, 2012
PDX marks the fourth location for ATS serving the airline, which started three flights to the airport today.

Airport Terminal Services (ATS) is pleased to announce that Virgin America has appointed ATS as their full service provider for above and below wing handling at Portland International Airport (PDX).

This new Virgin destination will see service launch commence on June 5. Virgin America will bring its low-fare, award-winning service to PDX with two daily nonstop flights from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and one daily nonstop flight from San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

Known for outstanding guest service, custom-designed cabins with touch-screen in-flight entertainment at every seat, Virgin America has swept the major reader-based travel awards since the airline launched in 2007.

ATS President and Chief Operating Officer, Sally Leible, said: “This represents the fourth location where ATS will have the privilege of serving Virgin America and we look forward to executing the special brand of guest experience that fans of Virgin know and love."
