Dallas, Texas…May 30, 2012… Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul Group (ERO) company, has appointed Steve Griego a Regional Engine Manager for the Northwestern United States. Griego will represent the company’s Pratt & Whitney Canada repair and overhaul services for PT6A, JT15D, PW500, PW306C powered aircraft and related APUs.
“Steve brings to our customers more than 30 years of hands-on maintenance and management experience,” commented Dennis DiMarco, Dallas Airmotive Vice President of Sales for North America. “He is well known throughout the industry especially the Western U.S. where he has spent the past twenty years coordinating sales and service on engines, airframes and avionics. His familiarity with our customer base will enable him to make an immediate and positive impact on our customer relations in the region.”
Prior to joining Dallas Airmotive, Griego spent 30 years with Beechcraft/Hawker Beechcraft Services in a variety of maintenance, technical, service and sales functions. Since 2001 he has worked the western region of the U.S. as Regional Sales Manager promoting services for the entire line of Hawker Beechcraft products.
Griego holds an Airframe & Powerplant license. He has been recognized for his service by Hawker Beechcraft on a number of occasions including the Presidents Club Award in 2011, and Maintenance Salesman of the Year in 2010. He graduated from Mt. San Antonio College with an Associates of Arts Degree. Griego will service accounts in Northern California, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
