Pratt & Whitney Canada Signs 5-Year Service Agreement with Pacific Royale Airways

Pacific Royale Airways (PRA) intends to adopt a full service airline model operating across domestic and international sectors, both short and long haul. PRA intends to take its service offering to the next level with its mix of newer aircraft, custom created and superbly refined interiors, pre-assigned seating and innovative in-flight service. The enhanced customer experience will not be limited to the flight. PRA will create a complete experiential ecosystem that drives customer delight across every interaction point, be it its IT enabled website for faster and seamless bookings or its business class lounges at all major airports. PRA’s 6-story head office in Central Jakarta will be the nerve centre of operations. The airline will have four operational hubs in Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya and Medan.
