Pete Laszcz Named General Manager of TIMCO's MRO Operations in Greensboro
He has held many leadership positions in military and commercial MRO.
GREENSBORO, NC—May 16, 2012 … TIMCO Aviation Services (“TIMCO”) announced today that Pete Laszcz has been named General Manager of TIMCO’s Greensboro airframe maintenance, repair and overhaul (“MRO”) operations. Pete replaces Mike Anderson, who is leaving TIMCO to pursue other personal goals.
Pete comes to TIMCO with a strong focus on continuous improvement and employee engagement, and he boasts an impressive career having held many leadership positions in military and commercial MRO. Pete held leadership positions with Northrop Grumman and American Airlines, where he most recently held the Managing Director title in three successive roles over MRO Marketing and Sales, B757 Airframe Maintenance and the Components unit. Previously, he held a variety of leadership positions in the U.S. Navy, culminating as Commanding Officer of the U.S. Navy’s aircraft base maintenance facility at North Island in San Diego, California. Pete holds a commercial pilots certificate and has an MS degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Ohio State University.

In his new role, Pete will report directly to Bill, and will have responsibility for all of the MRO operations at TIMCO’s Greensboro, multi-hangar facilities.
