Yankee Pacific Aerospace appoints Rick Richardson, VP Business Development; Harvey Ticlo, Division President of Cabin Innovations

Yankee Pacific Aerospace Inc., through its Jormac Aerospace, Cabin Innovations and Aircraft Systems divisions, is a supplier of engineered products for aircraft.

Rye, NH - May 10, 2012. Yankee Pacific Aerospace Inc. (YPA) has appointed Rick Richardson as vice-president, business development; Harvey Ticlo has succeeded Richardson as president of YPA division, Cabin Innovations.  Each appointment was effective in January of this year.

Richardson has had an impressive career with YPA; he was vice president of engineering at Lufthansa Technik Completion Engineering, the company’s joint venture with Lufthansa Technik in Tulsa, was appointed as vice-president of Tulsa-based division, Executive Aircraft Completions (EAC) in 2004, and became president of Cabin Innovations in 2007. He was instrumental in moving engineering from EAC in Tulsa to integrate with the production capabilities of Cabin Innovations in Lewisville, Texas.

Richardson has assisted  in Ticlo’s transition to president of Cabin Innovations, and will continue to support the division’s growth by focusing on the marketing, sales and product development of its products and services. 

Ticlo has over twenty years of experience in aircraft maintenance and modification, to include serving as Senior VP of the business aircraft sector for StandardAero, which included five major aircraft maintenance and modification facilities across the US and a parts distribution facility in Phoenix.  He is experienced in aircraft interior completions, to include BBJ and Global Express aircraft, and managing engineering, shop operations, inventory management, human resources, finance and sales. 

Harvey has a bachelor of science degree in aeronautics, a master’s degree in management information systems, is a Six Sigma Black Belt with lean manufacturing experience and is a certified A&P mechanic and private pilot.

Ticlo’s mission is to build on the success of Cabin Innovations, which has grown from a small build-to-print cabinet shop when acquired by Yankee Pacific Aerospace in 2007 to a leading engineered products company today, with an international reputation for the finest turnkey galleys and cabinetry in the VIP interiors business.
