  • FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – National Jets, Inc. – a well-appointed fixed base operator that features one of the newer terminals in South Florida – has extended its contract as a Phillips 66® Aviation branded dealer for another five years.

A Phillips 66 Aviation-branded dealer for nearly 22 years, National Jets can handle virtually any size private or military aircraft that flies into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (KFLL).

The fixed base operator (FBO) is a Part 145-certified aircraft maintenance and avionic repair station, serving Boeing Business Jets, Learjets, Gulfstreams, Falcons, Citations and Astra Jets. It owns and manages a fleet of luxury Learjets; offers aircraft procurement and comprehensive management; and features a decked-out terminal plus 22,000 square feet of hangar space and ramp parking.

National Jets recently accepted delivery of the next-gen Learjet 45XR for private charters and is planning to add two more by 2013.

In addition, the FBO's National Air Ambulance is one of only 23 operators in the world to receive the European Air Medical Institute's (EURAMI) highest certification, "Full Accreditation - With Special Care." The 24/7/365 air ambulance fleet – equipped with Advanced Cardiac Life Support – makes some 500 flights a year.

National Jets participates in WingPoints®, the Phillips 66 Aviation program that rewards pilots for aviation fuel purchases.
