Airport Terminal Services (ATS) is pleased to announce that both Lufthansa German Airlines and Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) have appointed ATS as their ramp handling agent at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL).
The multi-year contract saw the transition of responsibility for the full ramp and cabin cleaning services of both airlines to ATS on April 1, 2012.
Lufthansa operates a daily flight connecting Montreal to its hub at Munich. SWISS operates a daily flight connecting Montreal to its hub at Zurich.
This is the seventh location where ATS provides services to Lufthansa. This marks the first collaboration between SWISS and ATS.

The new contract, which covers a quarter of Lufthansa’s Munich-based fleet, will extend to some 700 flights a week.
Effective 1st July 2007 Lufthansa will then own all the equity in Swiss International Air Lines AG through the Swiss-domiciled AirTrust company.
