Delta TechOps Signs Maintenance and Support Agreement with Atlas Air

Delta TechOps has signed a multi-year exclusive agreement with Atlas Air Inc. to provide maintenance and support services for three of the company’s Boeing 767-300ER passenger aircraft.

ATLANTA, April 3, 2012 – Delta Air Lines’ (NYSE: DAL) maintenance division, Delta TechOps, has signed a multi-year exclusive agreement with Atlas Air, Inc. to provide maintenance and support services for three of the company’s Boeing 767-300ER passenger aircraft. Atlas Air is a unit of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAWW), a leading global provider of outsourced aircraft and aviation operating services.

The new agreement includes 331 APU and CF6 engine time and materials maintenance support, and 767-300ER power-by-the-hour component support.
